I went to see the #rally here. First time at a rally ever, and it was so cool. Seeing car after car absolutely sending it down the same back roads I know (and wouldn't dare go at more than 50kmh) and being pelted by rocks... That was amazing. They sounded amazing too.
I was very thankful for my scarf to stop myself from choking on the dust.

Went to a local “Hands Off” rally today. I wish I had taken more pictures of people’s signs, because there were some clever ones. Here are a few I managed to capture as we marched.
Hands Off! rally at the WI capitol. I'm a horrible estimator of crowd size, but there were a helluva lot of people there. In the last photo, you can see a sea of people from the capitol steps all the way down State St. to the UW library mall.

A dying art form now- as most rally cars are sequential shift now which automatically match revs to the clutch speed, so everything is done in a simple “click”. Plus, brakes are ten times better these days. Takes the fun out of it, if you ask me
