@RamenCatholic I don't think they look at State IDs at the time of passport renewal
@RamenCatholic if your new passport gender marker matches your original birth certificate and your old passport, theoretically you should be able to renew it as F. However if that’s not the case, you won’t be given a passport and no one knows what happens next.
