My first ride this week. The election off-day came just in time

It's me-time

Not a great day today... Destroyed the #sidewall of my brand new tire in a large crack on the pavement. Singapore has pretty decent roads, so destroying a tire like this is pretty rare

I got sick of the heavy flesh wound inducing MTB pedals on my touring bike, so I decided to swap them for a pair of road #cleat pedals instead. I got a great deal for a pair of second hand #ultegra pedals (just 38 USD!).

I also got a set of cleat platforms if I ever need to ride flats.

Hopefully this will make my touring bike a bit more fun to ride.
