#ScoreORama Pardon me while I admire the latest addition to my t-shirt collection, bought at #DiveBar Wally's House of Booze in Wenatchee, WA, USA. Apparently, they now partner with local indie record label Snatchee.

Right outside my front door. No money, more problems, but my neighborhood isn't one of them.
Beau took me out to Nanoose Bay for our nature adventures today
We just got back to the cottage. He's BBQing some hotdogs for us now
Imagine if we were bodies of water: what would we be?
A raging, flowing, muddy river tumultuously cascading through the rocks of a canyon?
A little pond, home to frogs and ducks?
A clear, high alpine lake, calm under the summer sun?
Agitated or still, clear or filled with refuse, shallow or deep?

We spent a couple of hours, walking around Hemer Provincial Park, yesterday. We both love this park & it was a fave when we lived in Cedar, at different times - back before we'd met.
Nice mixed forest. We found a big hollowed out trunk that went down pretty deep - it's the photo of Beau standing inside. Huge ferns, nettles & skunk cabbage plants were all over the park.
Wonderful time, immersing with nature, together

Yesterday, Beau & I spent about 2 hours walking around the trails here. It was a gorgeous day

Tyler gifting Beau, at end of 2 day cultural healing event.
Beau & Tyler are working on finishing the butterfly cuts on the salmon. We are cooking 5 fish on the fire today.
The #fire is burning very steady now. I brought my big #WhiteSage #SmudgeStick - it's more like a baton - to honour the ancestors fire
Thawing out frozen wild #salmon to butterfly before cooking them over the fire.
The oceanspray branches that we stripped bark off from yesterday, are soaking under the 5 fish.
Beau working with Tyler, from #Esquimalt #FirstNation - crafting the maple branches for day 2 of men's group healing event. These will be used to mount the salmon we will be cooking over the fire this morning.
Beau & I are heading out to meet Tyler soon to build fire, butterfly & mount the salmon & other related preparation work.
It's a gorgeous day in Esquimalt & #Songhees territories. Sunny & warm morning!
