Galahad has relatively stable morals and when he hasn't, Raffi steps up and lets him see reason, something he knows and acknowledges. I think if someone did something terrible to Raffi and she wouldn't be there to stop him, he would be pushed over the edge, eventually. But I think the mental image of Aretha then probably would keep him from going full evil.

Siff is more complex as a character. Morally grey to start with, she only began reflecting on morals relatively late in life (figures, if you grow up on a planet on which a constant civil war rages for more than 200 years). I think it wouldn't take too much to push her and, like with everything, she would strive to be the best villain the universe has seen. The only one likely having the moral strength and influence on her to stop her would be Harry.
