Still isolating - I'm still testing positive nearly a week later but less body aches, less coughing. Regaining concentration and energy.
I don't want this to define my summer.
@sand May I ask were you vaccinated? I didn’t think people who were vaccinated got that sick and that most could get Paxlovid within the first five days to help fight it.
@Beachbum Yeah! 4x vaxxed but my last jab was last year. I should have gotten one earlier in the year.
@sand I’m so sorry. Sounds like it was bad. I think here we can only get one a year. I asked my doctor last year and she didn’t even know. So I paid $60 to have an antibody test before I went on a vacation, peace of mind. I got the vax a month later. I called two pharmacies the other day, the new Covid’s not out yet and then I just read the FDA hasn’t even approved it yet. The flu shot is out, however.
