Every street/neighborhood needs a common tool library where neighbors can share tools they only need once in a while.
I dropped $99 on a lawn dethatcher that I used 1 time a year. I don’t know anyone who has one. Would have been nice to have a neighbor I could have borrowed one from for this one-time use 
@sand my dad has been saying the same thing for over 20 years. It would be very cool.
