...I don't feel the need to buy more fancy pens or fancy inks at this point. I have good paper, I have over a dozen variously colored lovely bottles of ink. I have enough fun fountain pens. And i have enough different dip pen nibs to last a long while, along with 6 inexpensive but perfectly serviceable nib holders. What i have could last me for many years.
Have i reached my 'set point'? Have I lost the need for a new pen fix in hopes of finding my own 'grail pen'? Maybe so, but the better question is am I Happy with the writing supplies I have, and the answer to that is very much yes.

@redbanjer @penfount Collecting implies curation. Not all the pens and inks you aquire will be ones that you love or even keep a hold of.
But also sometimes it's nice to remember that ultimately you bought the pens and inks to write, rather than just stare at them.
