oh I’m so stuffed. again! It turned out to be such a wintery cold day, we took the T to Boston’s ChinaTown for a real vegetable Pho at Pho Pasteur.
(it’s my b-day week 😋🍜)

Closeup of the vegetable pho noodle soup. It has a lot of vegetables; Napa cabbage, red and green bell pepper, carrot, celery, broccoli, baby corns, thick fried tofu chunks, mung bean sprouts, Thai basils. I’ve added a little sriracha sauce.

PhoPasteur is not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. And it’s located right under the vegan restaurant MyThaiVeganCafe, which is another fav of mine, and they make a seriously amazing vegan roast“duck”that makes you wonder if it’s really plantBased. 🪿👀😋 It is.
Anyway, we’re blessed to have many vegan options in the Boston area.
