I'm a diabetic with high blood pressure. I also used to be a big salt eater, but lately I've been cutting that down. And now, I've decided to try and and cut it down further. So, I plan to not eat at restaurants, and only eat home cooked veggies and grains (no breads or prepared foods) without adding salt.
