One very good thing:

Had my infusion yesterday, (which created rough but tolerable side effects), and this morning I woke up feeling better than I have in decades. Is this what it's like for normal people? Holy smokes! No pain. Freedom of movement. A little energy, even. I'm having to pace myself so I don't overdo it.

All because a new doctor said that a universal dose of medicine is like a "one size fits all" hat: it doesn't fit most. An infusion tailored to the exact amount of medicine I need can make all the difference in the world!
