Took out some mics, closed all the windows, recorded a bunch of #mandolin, and now—after re-opening the windows and turning on a fan—I'm sending off the stems. If I'm lucky I won't even hear the Mandolin Police break down the door.

I honestly have no idea how I land these gigs: I don't even try. My only guess is that I must be 1% more reliable than other musicians these producers know who can do their own tracking and can fake a little mandolin.
