Another interesting thing from last night is how regional diet played into food. For example:

Rob (from New England): Waffles with the maple syrup I was fortunate enough to pick up at a local sugar shack would taste great.
Heather (from the South): That looks amazing! My grandparents served the waffles with mesquite honey (my favorite) or sorghum!
