What's the current best phone app for filming abuse by authorities and live streaming it to remote storage they can't delete by seizing device?

@dalias not sure if this is feasible, but what about Signal? Send it to someone out of the country?
@annecavicchi You don't want "record it" and "send it to someone" as separate steps because you probably intend to be recording until forced to stop, at which point it's too late to send.
However I did almost post "Signal bot that auto-answers calls and saves the audio/video" as a proposed solution with the right properties. As a bonus, it looks to a cop who takes the phone like you were on a call with someone showing them what happened live, not like a recording. And makes it clear that confiscating the phone won't do anything.
