Every time I feed my starter, I hate the idea of throwing part of it away, so I am trying so many new this summer. I may end it when we head off for a short vacay later this month, but I did read that I could possibly freeze the starter… we shall see!

Chocolate glazed pumpkin spiced pull apart bread… made from my #sourdoughstarter #enriched with an egg and then the dough balls were rolled in #cinnamon, #ginger, #nutmeg and #coconutsugar. Baked to golden brown then glazed with dark chocolate, cocoa and icing sugar glaze.
