I'd want a home base to smoke meats, make sides & sauces, and whatnot. Then I'd load it on a food truck and serve it up street food style. Bun/Bowl + Protien + Sauce + Cheese/Coleslaw/whatever.

Dammit now I want a big ass bowl of fried okra and it's all your fault. It's not because I got really high during . And fried okra is not easy to find in the middle of the night in Minnesotan suburbs, doncha know?
