Do people still buy stuff from Best Buy? Do they have deals? What’s the last thing you bought from there?
I have a bunch of old gift cards I’m trying to find an excuse to use.
@sand i usually go there to buy hard drives for my old server. last purchase was a 4tb wd red drive to replace one that died in my zfs raid.
@chirpbirb I buy my HDs from smaller computer shops nearby. Even Amazon will have HDs on sale from time to time. I’ve always seen Best Buy as a TV / Phone store.
@sand i like the convenience of being able to pick the item up without paying for shipping and getting it the same day if i can. otherwise, i get stuff on ebay or look for refurbished sites.
@sand It's weird they sell refrigerators and washing machines there now.
