Today has not been a good day. I let my temper get the best of me and broke in a bad way.

I have to be much much more careful about what I let into my life, because these last couple weeks have been full of churn and change on multiple levels. I’m very emotionally raw and susceptible, and everything is setting me off...

I have to more diligently edit what I’m seeing in social media because I’m… I’m definitely NOT handling things well.

I’ll be muting a lot of accounts I can’t witness for a while. Until I’m mentally in a better place and I can get myself under control a bit more.
