Discard 1/4 of the noodle brick before cooking. Processed calories.<br>2. Add veg, such that there are more veg than <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/noodles" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>noodles</span></a>. Healthful.<br>3. Don't drink the broth at the end.
