Well we were going to do some #data #science this weekend and improve the #image #detection weights and #algorithm we employ to determine our percentages

but the tool we wrote depends on the "original" image URI in the HTML of a #mastodon #post and guess what.

It's NOT the original file.

blah #development and #developers world wide open source and commercial all have the same problem. Anyways this is why the government keeps me locked up during the week.

We have a method to do what we wanted for our back propagation but what we wanted to do is not viable thanks to how the #server app stack handles images on the #backend

I just wish the mastodon #development #team didn't call the file path "original" otherwise i'd not have gone down this rabbit hole.

bleh the back log of great #memes is yuuuuge.
