From the yesterday, where I connect to what I love the most. Made this out of love for the earth, in quiet meditative connection to her. Made of weaving fallen branches into 2 circles, a bit of moss, and 4 oak leaves marking the directions like a compass. 💚

A circle of bare, dark soil has been clear of leaf litter in the woods. There’s is a woven ring of twigs around it. Inside is a smaller ring of twigs, filled with moss. 4 oak leaves are placed around this inner ring, marking North, South, East and West.
The ring of twigs and moss and leaves is shown in context, in a patch of woods filled mostly with young, thin silver birch.
