Hey my vegan amigos, for the longest time, one of the hardest things about not having milk was just how terrible dairy free cheese was. Luckily, things seem to be getting better. @IPXFong FollowYourHeart is one of my faves!! Have you tried CHAO made by FiredRoast? Delicious!! The WFM one isn’t bad at all. TJ’s cashew mozzarella is good in my satsuma-SweetPotato and cauliflower lasagna. I heard Boursin makes plantBased herb spread now, a collab with FYH—I haven’t seen it in the stores yet.

I've had Chao but I think I like these better. For lasagna, I like crumbled tofu for ricotta and a sauce of cashews, oats, yeast and shiro miso for creaminess. Then I top it with seasoned panko for a bit of crunch. Mmm, now I'm hungry!
