Trans, disabled person here. I've been living in constant terror too. I feel abused and/or neglected by just about everyone and I'm sick of it.

That's why I'm asking my so-called allies: try to understand why those of us who are getting shit on by the rest of the country (AND the entire world) would like an umbrella?

But I'll happily go fuck myself (to paraphrase your, er, suggestion), the endorphins may help me feel better for a few minutes.
