David Stroud<p>🧵[1/2] Tried the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/VisionPro" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>VisionPro</span></a> guest user iPhone app experience to show my Mum.</p><p>👎 It needed setting up on AVP first (didn’t know this) which delayed things.</p><p>👎 You need to wait for the guest to do the onboarding before selecting apps they can use.</p><p>👍 The iPhone’s live view is semi-helpful…</p><p>👎 …until they watch anything, when the live view goes black and the guest is also plunged into disorienting blackness. iPhone app doesn’t even prompt you to close live view to enable the guest to see anything…</p>

Don’t listen to podcasters, this was one hell of an experience.</p><p>Watching the band interact with fans, the energy, the music, it was quite the mini-documentary on a sliver of a concert.</p><p>I want much more of this!</p>
