But it was quite the smoke sauna when we tried it. Burning very slow and poorly (unless you open the door, when you get flames coming out the front). Smoke comes out the front and a bit from the flue-stove connection. So the flue is not drawing as it should. Outside for the pre burning things seemed to be working well. Otherwise the Veto heated up well despite the slow and bad burning and löyly nice. Any tips to look at?

Fast unmittelbar nach der Bekanntgabe, dass Israel und die <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Hamas" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Hamas</a> einem <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Waffenstillstand" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Waffenstillstand</a> in Gaza zugestimmt hatten, zeichnete sich in den internationalen und den israelischen <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Medien" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Medien</a> ein Konsens ab: Druck und Drohungen des designierten Präsidenten Donald Trump haben den israelischen Premierminister Benjamin Netanjahu dazu gebracht, endlich einem Abkommen zuzustimmen, das bereits seit Mai 2024 auf dem Tisch lag. Es ist möglich, dass Trump Netanjahu bedroht hat und dass der israelische Premierminister den Zorn des designierten Präsidenten fürchtete. Bei näherer Betrachtung zeigt sich jedoch, dass eine andere Dynamik im Spiel ist. In Wirklichkeit scheint die Entscheidung, das <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Waffenstillstandsabkommen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Waffenstillstandsabkommen</a> zu akzeptieren, weniger mit Trump zu tun zu haben als mit der sich wandelnden Wahrnehmung des Krieges innerhalb Israels. Gehen wir zurück: Unmittelbar nach seiner Rückkehr von seinem ersten Besuch in Israel nach dem <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Hamas" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Hamas</a>-Angriff vom 7. Oktober warnte Präsident Biden Israel davor, <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Gaza" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Gaza</a> erneut zu besetzen. Er sagte auch, er sei überzeugt, dass „Israel alles in seiner Macht Stehende tun wird, um die Tötung unschuldiger Zivilisten zu vermeiden“, und dass er zuversichtlich sei, dass die Bevölkerung des Gazastreifens Zugang zu Medikamenten, Nahrungsmitteln und Wasser haben werde. Biden warnte außerdem Israel davor, die Fehler zu wiederholen, die die Vereinigten Staaten nach dem 11. September begangen hatten, und sich nicht vom Wunsch nach „Gerechtigkeit“ leiten zu lassen. Netanjahu hörte sich das alles an und tat dann das Gegenteil. Während des gesamten Krieges ignorierte Israel kurzerhand die amerikanischen Warnungen, selbst wenn sie mit ausdrücklichen Drohungen verbunden waren, Waffenlieferungen einzustellen – wie vor der israelischen Invasion in <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Rafah" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Rafah</a> im vergangenen Mai und als Israel in den letzten Monaten den Norden des Gazastreifens aushungerte.
