Fraises graphiques la nuit

Definitely an early morning for a great pot of double brew coffee and I’ve added making strawberry rhubarb sauce to my tasks. I got it all going before even a bit of caffeine yet, so motivation can get me far. I have our helper Yuvie coming in a few hours so am making a list to get the best of priorities done while she’s here. Hope y’all are facing this day with Great Expectations or at least pleasant ones!

Kräuter für die Fensterbankkisterln (Bohnenkraut, Steinpilzthymian, Frz. Majoran, Petersilie), 3 Backup-Kirschparadeis‘ – nachdem meine selbstgezogenen noch so mini sind – ein Türkischer Gewürzpaprika, eine Erdbeere Mieze Schindler und eine lila Zimmerpflanze (Name vergessen)

Just finished a bowl of ice cream, yum. Cookies & Cream (only 6 grams fat!), fresh strawberries, whipped cream from a can, and chocolate sauce drizzle. Recommend highly to kick off your weekend.

#Vanilla Bean #Cheesecake with a top layer of whipped sour cream on a #chocolate (gluten free) crust. Topped with a simple fresh #strawberry topping.

Made this variant instead of the large version because I need company over to actually eat the large one before it spoils. This one I can eat in time with some help from nesting partner(s)

Took the opportunity to build up the gravity stands for the #rain #barrels so there would be more water pressure in the hose, and trimmed the gutter pipes for the new height. The #rainbarrels provide #water for the backyard #gardens including the #blackberry bramble and #strawberry patch. They also serve as an emergency water supply if we need it of 120 gallons.

Tired: Every year I think I've beaten the vile #ItalianArum, and every year it comes back.

Wired: I have managed to grow 40 #Strawberry starts. I think there's still some more in the plot. Alas, I don't know the variety as I've forgotten.

I am sure this is not peak decadence, but they are working towards it.

My suggestion - an English (yes) Kent strawberry - or better still a bowl of them picked at the right time of the year. Other British berries are available. Worth the wait and a lot of less expensive.
