Shantell Powell<p>I think my general unease these past days has been caused by a burgeoning IBS flareup which was itself triggered by an excruciating attack of proctalgia fugax several nights ago. I once again look pregnant because of severe bloat. I walked ~6km and it did not help. My baggy pants are too tight. Guess I’ll be wearing my muumuu again. Digestive tract issues are so incredibly anti-sexy. I don’t think I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow. On the plus side, I did get a good chunk of writing done today. <a href="https://c.im/tags/ChronicPain" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ChronicPain</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Spasms" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Spasms</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Bloat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bloat</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/IBS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>IBS</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Diverticulosis" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Diverticulosis</span></a></p>
