I´m informed directly by someone at #Apple this is the wrong link in the latest public beta of #macOS #Sequioa (15.5). It should be https://www.apple.com/uk/legal/privacy/data/en/ask-siri-dictation/
Afraid that is still HUGELY problematic, especially for a ¨privacy-first¨ company.

IANAL but this #Apple #Siri #privacy policy seems blatantly illegal under the #GDPR to me:
1. Inadequate legal basis
2. Insufficient minimisation
3. False claims of anonymisation (content will still frequently be linkable to individuals)
4. No DPbDaD
5. No user option to switch on service without the recording
6. Notification of user when recording/storage is taking place
Any more?!

Wunderbar - #Siri “lernt” von meinen Banking und Authentisierungs- Apps. 
Da hast du #Siri auf deinem #iPhone vermeintlich ausgeschaltet und dann stellst du fest, dass es ganz unten noch ein Untermenü “Apps” gibt, über das sich #Apple Zugriff zum “Lernen” seiner Systeme für fast alle Apps gibt – was wohl #KI bedeutet, da Siri und KI künftig in einem Menü sind. Und das kann man nur für jede #App einzeln abstellen…

It's amazing that Siri still can't do something as simple as "Play Night Swim by the artist Home".
2025 and the basics still aren't even there. Trillion dollar company, baby.
in a lot of ways Siri was lots better before I'd say iOS 12, and has steadily gotten worse. Semed like all they worried about was getting new voices and other superficial asthetics in place, whilst taking away more and more of it's useability.
