2 things about the #superannuation industry. My experience in the IT world for 35 years:
1 insurance and super are 2 of the worst IT experiences I’ve ever come across. Dealing with them as IT as well as a customer
2 you notice that they never advertise for IT people. For such a large industry you should see IT movement but with them you don’t.
It doesn’t surprise if they were #hacked and they didn’t even know.
