Yay so today my right shoulder and arm decided to be cranky I have significant joint pain and muscle aches and I don’t think I’m going to sleep at all well my hips are pinging and I have what feels like muscle strain/doms in my legs (both) and my left leg keeps giving way so that’s fun, I’m under a heated blanket and I’m rattling from the pills

But hey at least it’s just the pain it’s not like there’s anything wrong
