@Bowreality there is some really good chocolate being made in Canada - check out Soma and Chocosol for example. For those of us living in South Western Ontario, there is also Habitual and Aura-La for Bean to Bar, and Reid‘s, Barr‘s, Rheo Thompson, Stube, and those are just a few. #iBuyCanadian, #Chocoholic @annewalk

So a while back I posted about how my insane chocolate cravings were really problematic but that I'd read somewhere that it can be a symptom of low magnesium levels. So I toddled off and got myself some supplements to give it a shot. No harm right?
So the magnesium has sorted my cravings right out. As an added bonus I've lost half a stone passively from that one thing. #chocolate #chocoholic #HealthUpdate

Grocery stores are all out of my favorite 92% dark chocolate, but I found it online at my local drug store where I'll pick up my meds this week. Apropos. This chocolate is as much my med as any other. I am somewhat alarmed I see it disappearing from grocery stores, even Amazon. I don't ask much, or I guess I do. It is also my spiritual food as referenced in the Holy Eucharist: Rite 2. I hope Jesus doesn't see me as too bacchanalian and sacrilegious. I'm trusting he will forgive me. #chocoholic
