A month ago I saw a dream where I asked an entity if I should give back Ski, our cat that has too many health problems. The entity said "no, her best chances are with you".

Today, after figuring out that her chronic cough is not cough but asthma attacks, that all made sense. No one where I live in Greece would move the cat to a grain-free home-made diet to help asthma naturally. Unfortunately, I won't be able to find asthma meds for cats here, so it has to be a natural solution.

#LeeZeldin’s move effectively ends 3 decades of work at the #EPA to try to ease the #pollution that burdens #poor & #minority communities, which are frequently located near #highways, #PowerPlants, #industrial plants & other polluting facilities. Studies have shown that people who live in those #communities have higher rates of #asthma, #HeartDisease & other #health problems, compared w/the national average.

What a rough week.

I went to the ER again due to severe back and chest pain I couldn't figure out.

It seemed to get better when I used my inhaler. I had a cough for about a month, that hasn't been horrible until that pain showed up, which I thought was a quitting smoking cough. I did that about 3-4 days ago too. Had a cold or something like a month ago, #asthma makes me take forever to get rid of a cough.

Turns out I have Pneumonia, which can be very painful.

Lucky me!

#GreaterManchester has the highest rate of NOx pollution in the UK, contributing to 1200 preventable early deaths. Hospital admissions for the 50,000 children living with #asthma are the UK's highest, but action to tackle GM's health emergency is too slow. Bolder action is needed, now, beyond #Burnham's plan. Air pollution is the greatest environmental threat to health, affecting the most poorest and most vulnerable disproportionately, particularly in #Manchester.

The older I get, the more #medicine I have.

List of my daily meds-

600 MG #GabAPentin x3 for seizures, #tourettes tic calming, muscle spasms, nerve damage, and sleep.

15 MG #buspirone x3 for severe #ptsd and panic/anxiety disorders.

Albuterol for #asthma.

#Guanfacine for #adhd and could help other issues, new.

#hydroxizine for sleep.

#flonase for nose

I realize now I should have had these 20+ years ago, and always had these issues.
