Hey? I follow the Auschwitz Memorial account. It's really, really hard. There are so many important reasons to follow that account. For me, my entire maternal line were Jews from the boarder region between Germany and Poland before WW2. I've done my best to trace their heritage. They are gone. No records. Very few survivors to note. An entire portion of my family utterly wiped from existence. I know there are better resources out there and I need to reach out. Just kinda sharing my experiences. Anyway, one reason to follow that account. Never forget. #Holocaust #Ancestors

Dhá Dhrom, Canfea, or the Ardgroom Stone Circle in the Beara Peninsula in Ireland.
Stone circles, dolmen, burial mounds and springs are important in my practice as places of power. These ancestral sites are tremendously powerful. These are the thin places, and by becoming still you can commune with the spirits of place. By honouring these spaces you step into the traditions of ancient humans, and you take your natural place as a being that is part of this great web.

existencia. Feliz de poder compartirlo con ustedes.

Cerro Azul (Guaviare), one of the most incredible places I have ever seen. These rock paintings, artworks created more than 10,000 years ago
by our ancestors, fill me with admiration, respect, intrigue, and mystery. They invite me to reflect and think about the lives and
thoughts of those who created them, their way of seeing the world, and the legacy they left etched in the rock, an eternal testament
to their existence. Happy to be able to share it with you.
