I’m on the last leg of the USA side of my farewell tour. Yesterday #NazarsRock came along on a hike in the Noanet Woodlands Reservation near Dover, MA. The pups in the second pic are Sonny on the left, a miniature Australian shepherd who was nuts for chasing a ball, and Merlo on the right, a papillon. The human is my friend Judy. I got to be Sonny’s hero when his ball became wedged under the bank of the lake and I was able to fish it out.
Today I walked around the astoundingly beautiful #WellesleyCollege campus which I had first seen about 43 years ago. It’s even more beautiful today because the college evidently follows a #NatureFirst policy when it comes to #architecture and facility placement and 43 years of growth of trees and other plants have resulted in something utterly #sublime. The 3rd pic shows the front of the Science Center; the 4th shows the Wang Campus Center’s roof peak poking above the foliage. I’m taking notes to apply to reconstruction in #Ukraine.
