I usually make vegetable stock in ice cube trays from cuttings of kitchen scraps. That's always great, so I can use it to steam this #cauliflower in the #bricknic for 3.5 hours, together with some home ripened flavoured oil with fenugreek and black pepper and my own #spice mix.
