I had three left when I ordered new ones, and if I had used them before I received the new ones I think I would’ve noticed they were smaller because I could tell as soon as I opened the package with nothing there to compare. Maggie Maybe<p>Last year I shared some reviews from the Yankee candle website and I was all “LOL looks like covid is ripping again!” because people were complaining that the wax melts had no scent or that it wore off super fast.</p><p>I wasn’t wrong about Covid ripping, but I think I was wrong about why people were posting those reviews. I was reading them because I was purchasing some wax melts.</p><p>Those people were right and I was wrong to lol about it. The wax melts are SMALLER so maybe that contributes to it, but these things are trash. Keira (She/Her)<p>So a few years ago I noticed a cooking ingredient in a mostly-whole-packets recipe had shrunk its pack size. But the other ingredient hadn't. It caused havoc for ages, until eventually the second ingredient shrunk too. </p><p>I wonder how they handle things like this? Do they collaborate? Reprint all the back of pack recipes? Contact the CWA and Women's Weekly and get them back into the test kitchens?</p><p>The one I've noticed is sweetened condensed milk (and soy equivalent). It's one of only three ingredients in run balls, and it should be one can, to one pack of plain biscuits. But that ratio barely ever works now.</p><p>I've also noticed that some baking apparatus has shrunk (pie plates) and others have grown (cake tins). </p><p>It makes me wonder, do your old recipes still work?
