DJKB Gasshuku 2023 – Zweiter Tag
Tag zwei des diesjährigen DJKB-Gasshukus begann mit Kata Chinte bei Sensei Julian Chees. Chinte war lange Zeit meine Lieblingskata und natürlich mag ich sie noch immer sehr. Ich hatte am heutigen Tag sehr viel Glück mit meinen Trainingspartnern. Und das ging bereits in der ersten Einheit los.

Great news from my #Shotokan #Karate dojo; both the president and technical director of #SKIF #Canada are coming out west for grading and seminar!
It’s scheduled for June.
In June of 1993 I was graded to Shodan (1st degree black). So this will make 30 years between gradings for me (out of #Karate, doing other things). Very special summer coming up! So excited for this!
