Devlin LeathercraftI find myself doing little things that are needed but I didn't account for, for the shindig, like making cocktail syrups. This morning I made Earl Grey and Chai syrups. Making syrups is much easier with the new electric kettle. I make some strong tea, weigh it, add an equal amount of sugar and reheat it it in the microwave to dissolve the sugar.
