I admit it... I was trying to find a video that confirmed my bias and I finally did it!!. I don't know you, but I feed off those stupid self centered neoliberal quotes like " my needs come first" or " I don't owe anyone anything"...etc. And the idea of someone thinking they are empowering themselves while actually being selfish as fuck. I love listening to books while I complete other tasks. It helps keep the 'mind noise' to a minimum. #ADHD It also reduces anxiety and helps keep me in the present. win/win.

I also enjoy listening to audiobooks at night while following along on my e-reader. It's immersive. I recommend trying it sometime. :)
