#Leviathan from 90s #NickFury comics deserves a POC writing him something better in a new form, so I wouldn't do him justice even in fanfic attempts.

But looking at the skeleton-skulls motifs + snakes he wore for his fake cult, fanfic-me still sorely wants to remark to him that it's okay to just be a black goth, hon', if you want to be a black goth. No need for pretend cults to wear that. Whether everyone needs a hobby or not. Duping people seeming to be one of his.

One page from The Chaos Serpent part 3: To Fear a Painted Devil comic. A tall black man with red dreadlocks is wearing a mask of a strange skull with 2 tusks at the bottom and 2 curved horns at the top, and a costume that looks like the skeleton of a human for his clothes. The villainous Leviathan is on the left, that is, intimidating a very frightened white Major with a suit + moustache on the right. While using a US flag to wipe the Major's brow of sweat, as one does, of course.
Leviathan in sleek, figure hugging black clothes with a ribcage decoration at the front, and bones in some form on the arms, for that skeletal appearance. He's placing that weird skull headdress slash mask on his head, but a hint of his red hair still shows. He also has a blue-grey cape, because he' a dramatic bitch to no end. As a positive. His right eye is missing entirely, just the socket in black shadows in most pictures. There is also a scar down across that over his nose. Text says "I always did have a fondness for children..." His expression on the other hand says he has darker plans to achieve his overall goals than rescuing orphans.
Text in first pic: "Don't be so hard on the personnel here in the vault, Mr. Mackenzie... ...They are only men, overtaxed and tired out by the sorting of inmates in the aftermath of this villainous rampage that has so recently occurred." A sleight of hand demonstration in handcuffs. He makes the file or dossier on him appear as if from nowhere, having run rings around the CIA interrogator Pincer before that with it, having first stolen it from him just for that. Red dreadlocks style hair with a high forehead seen better here, a lollipop in his mouth, lips closed. The second image has more of an 'evil', darkly entertained expression to go with the punchline below. "Mr. Pincer however, is simply a jackass." "Hocus-pocus."
Both seen from the side, Leviathan on the left is facing Nick Fury, towering in height over him. Comics Fury is 6'1" or 185 cm tall, so at a guesstimate Leviathan is around 6'4" tall perhaps. Pages read suggested a range of 6'3" to 6'6" as their guesses. Man be tall & lean. And is wearing skeletal bone attire that seen from this angle hangs down at his crotch slightly as if a penis might, but you know, not nitpicking his sartorial choices. He's talking about having "these men's and women's souls - I've taken what was once their spirits and twisted and torn them to my liking. What do you have to undo what I have done? What do you have to set against the _Dark_ side of faith?" And then Fury is rude & calls him ugly. Which he isn't.
