Sorry folks, I guess it was me. 😂

(This has been a wild conversation… the level of deflection of responsibility is way off the charts and I really wonder if this gets at the root of why Democrats seem so completely incapable of mounting any kind of pushback on Trump as he sets their country on fire. Or maybe this is just one person having a really bad day. 🤷‍♂️ it’s weird)

I made it! It was a rough month full of all kinds of obstacles IRL, a lot of stressors that really sapped my creative energy. There are plenty of days just getting my 1667 was a ~slog~ and those passages are likely absolute trash, but I still pushed through. It's been mentally exhausting and I wasn't sure I was going to make it at one point, but hey...

... I did it! \o/

A new haircut often signals a person is ready for change in their life, or has experienced some inner shift. Mine is feeling ready to work after almost a year of COVID and long COVID - plus grieving the death of my mother in May of this year.

However, because I haven't had steady, real income as a result of my lost year I am quite strapped for cash. So, for the first time ever I have cut my own hair because I can't afford a professional right now but I wasn't looking great.

I did the three-section method and am quite chuffed with the results! It's Sunday, so I haven't styled or put product in, but I like the length.

NB: in some cultures cutting your own hair is a predetermined act of public mourning, however my haircut isn't.
