Daniel Faigin<p>The news from Washington can depress you. Theatre is that tonic we need: it can make us laugh. Desperate Measures, an adaptation of Will Shakespeare's Measure for Measure, now at International City Theatre Long Beach, is such a show. Very funny, wonderful performances, good music -- it is just the thing to relieve some of the stress out there.
