I want to look up the #CIDR associated with #network #IPs which appear in my #nginx logs (for the purpose of limiting ranges).
So many tools have this sort of thing built in that I assume there is a "best" #API or method for doing those lookups - but blowed if I can figure out where to go.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

Using computers to impersonate humans should be made into a serious crime.
When I see these stories about online fraud and zero-day exploits and ransomware attacks and scammers whose whole thing is to steal money, sometimes I think about how when Breaking Bad was running everyone was like, "in a country with single-payer universal healthcare, none of this would have happened".
Who are the people doing this stuff? How did they end up here? Some of them are surely sleazy incel white supremacist scumbag 4chan types to begin with, but sometimes I wonder how many of them were pretty much ordinary people who got pulled in by some slick smooth-talker who had no trouble persuading them that trying to keep the bills paid by working for a paycheck like you're told to is an exercise in futility and capitalism is a game only cheaters can win, so they might as well start cheating and sleep soundly in the knowldge that they weren't really given any other choice.
