Watched the first two episodes of #DeathAndOtherDetails yesterday. I heard this was a #LockRoomMystery but they solved the locked room part within the first few minutes of the detective and his un-witting assistant got together.
So not really a lock room mystery.
There are a number of actors I recognized as well - But it took me a while to figure out where I knew the lead (Mandy Patinkin) from. 
They could have left all the cussing out.
But I think I will enjoy this series anyway.
@kd8bxp My spouse was taken by surprise by #MandyPatinkin. Couldn’t figure out MP was iconic #InigoMontoya! Great voice work; usually it’s the voice that’s the give away but MP is a master of voices.
MP was perfection as Inigo. I truly can’t imagine anyone else in that role. The voice he’s using in #DAOD is interesting - kind of a throwback to the old transatlantic accent. He and #KathrynGrody are hoots and MP IRL doesn't sound like either of those characters. Fun watch:

@tsubtext OH wow, yeah that was him... It took me a while, but finally I realized he was a one of the leads from Criminal Minds years ago. Thou I know he has done a lot of other work as well.
Very good actor, he has the ability to make you go "I know that guy, but why...." it's only after a little time do you understand the why.
@kd8bxp Yes! He is a lead actor who is also a great character actor. Truly dissolves into a role even though there’s something about him personally that so distinctive and charismatic. I bet he’s especially marvelous doing live theater.
@tsubtext I think it's like you said, I recognized his face - but the voice didn't match, so it took me (at least) a few minutes to figure it out.
