Until two days ago, I thought the name "mouthbreather" was an epithet used to describe someone with dubious intelligence and even worse manners (dare I say white and/or MAGA?). Then I started reading the book #BREATH by #JamesNestor.

Turns out folks of European descent (myself included) have forgotten the health and wellness benefits of nose-breathing. Indigenous folks and other cultures have practiced nose-breathing since the beginning of time. #ReadAlong #GreatBooks #Health #Breathe
