Eurasian Bullfinch Pyrrhula pyrrhula is a small passerine bird in the finch family, Fringillidae. It is an unobtrusive & easily overlooked bird, its song contains fluted whistles, breeds across Europe & temperate Asia, is usually found in small groups or pairs, nest is built in shrubs, or in trees, their thick neck is reminiscent of a bull, their males perch higher in the trees than females, their names is from a Greek word meaning flame-colored.
