I was thinking yesterday of random old things, and one thing struck me.

Remember when Andrew Dice Clay's onstage persona "The Diceman"'s standup comedy (?) was regarded as so offensive, misogynistic, and regressive that it got him perma-banned from TV?

Today, you can add in lying, cheating, rape, backstabbing and a dozen other pathological qualities and the USA will elect him president.

Simpler times.
