@SMNFXCN thinkpad lobotomized
@crowbriarhexe @spinach @SMNFXCN Although I'm all for de-branding *anything*, y'all know these are made by Lenovo, a Chinese company, right?
@alan @crowbriarhexe @SMNFXCN lenovo is fine as a manufacturer? what's wrong with being Chinese??????
@spinach @crowbriarhexe @SMNFXCN My presumption was that the original poster might have thought they were stripping the logo from an United States of Lower North America product, since up here, we're really not to big on stuff made there and this will continue until the Seditionist in Chief stops threatening out sovereignty.
@alan @crowbriarhexe @SMNFXCN okay dude first of all CW your politics, second of all get out of my mentions please. i don't like what's happening down here either
@spinach no problem. My apologies.
@alan @spinach @crowbriarhexe its not that deep this is just some random thinkpad at work bruh
@crowbriarhexe
oh sorry, I forgot I had you in the mentions when I replied
@spinach
What's wrong with them? O boy:
@lily @spinach @crowbriarhexe @SMNFXCN Uh, I was indicating that a lot of people, Canadians in particular, seem to think that Thinkpads are still made by IBM, a US[LN]A company, and that de-branding one is an act of defiance against the current administration's threats against us. If that's the case, then it's misdirected. So if anything, I'm denigrating a nation full of white people, which is as un-racist as denigrating any other nation.
