The Demonic Rights Society is chaotic and fascist and their actual words don't bear repeating, but they may be adequately glossed by, "Our partnership with the possessed is a sensual and intimate relationship and, if #PoliticalLiberty is to be be respected, demons need to be recognised as sentient, having agency, feelings and being valid stakeholders."

Others point out that possession is slavery and that the DRS are vile oppressors and apologists for inhumane exploitation.

I'm fine with exorcisms for the involuntarily possessed; but if you've purposely summoned a demon, then you have to be a responsible Demon Caretaker.

The Euro-Christic paradigm of demonic possession is just another aspect of the hegemony of the global North.

By having possession occur only on the God-Satan axis, the diversity of other cultures' understandings is removed from consideration and appreciation.
