I spent DAYS searching for the right case for my new iPhone and it had never occurred to me to check and see if the cases I already owned for my other phones were available for my new phone.

Today is my... ? day off of Twitter.
It feels nice not chasing views, likes, follows, and other engagement.
The dopamine hit you get when somebody interacts on your content is nice, but it's just too unhealthy for me.
So many TOTP authenticator apps out there but so few let you automatically sort alphabetically.
I would love it if Aegis had an iOS version.
Switching over to iOS and I've spent hours trying to find a new password manager. KeePass is no longer an option for me, but all of the other solutions seem just as bad. Every time I think I've decided, I find something that doesn't work and have to switch. π©
KeePass is great, but syncing between different devices does not work unless I use an insecure FTP server. Also, a monthly subscription for KeePass? Hard pass.

Sincere apologies for all of the issues today with the new server. I keep finding little things to tweak and fix and just now realized our DNS and CDN were not properly setup. Everything should be resolved now including uploads and properly serving videos over the Cloudflare CDN.
I find myself going through more batteries than normal over the past year, so I decided to grab some rechargeable batteries for the devices I most use.
They're a little pricey after the cost of the charger + extra batteries, but they'll pay for themselves after a handful of charges. π

https://VideOpen.net has been migrated to a new server and is back online.
The previous server, while useable, did not provide the performance I was hoping so I've migrated to a private server.

I was talking to somebody the other day and they didn't know this keyboard shortcut so I'm going to share it in case it helps somebody else.
In Windows 10 (maybe others?) press Win Key + ; on your keyboard to insert an emoji.

I always said if I had to do my audio setup all over again I would just get an Elgato Wave mic and be done with it...
Well I decided to do my audio all over again. π
My GoXLR Mini was really nice, and for how inexpensive it is I highly recommend them if you have an XLR mic, but if you want a set it and forget it solution this is it. π
